SHIPPING POLICY
Renogy offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. Please note:
Not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped. Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.
RETURN POLICY
At Renogy, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. For purchases made directly from our online store, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products with original package within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.
Renogy will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note:
Renogy will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you have received a defective product or one damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

This monitor bases on linux OS with 4-inch touch screen and integrates multiple communications such as Wi-Fi,Bluetooth,Zigbee and RS485. You can install it smoothly and quickly on the wall or put on the table.
You can check Renogy ecosystem energy products by wireless or wire communications,and set smart scenario via Zigbee devices. In addition, the hub built-in a 6-axis sensor can help users check the vehicle leveling status real time.

1. Does Renogy ONE M1 come with a shunt?
No, it does not come with a shunt. Please stay tuned for further updates on this in the near future.
2. Are there any requirements for the installation of Renogy ONE M1?
Renogy ONE M1 is only suitable for indoor uses and in vehicles. Please do not use it in high temperatures, high humidity, or high altitudes. Please keep Renogy ONE clear of metals for optimal wireless connection with energy devices and smart home accessories.
The optimal conditions for Renogy ONE are as follows:
(1) Temperature: -4℉ to 122℉
(2) Humidity: 0% to 95% RH
(3) Altitude: below 6,561 feet (2,000 meters)
3. How do I connect Renogy ONE M1 with different types of batteries?
Renogy ONE M1 can connect with Renogy brand batteries only if they support Bluetooth (built in or with BT-1/BT-2 plugged in), RS485, or RV-C.
4. Is Renogy ONE M1 compatible with third-party Zigbee 3.0 devices?
We cannot guarantee the compatibility between Renogy ONE M1 and third-party Zigbee 3.0 devices.
Therefore, it is recommended to use smart accessories that have been authorized by Renogy with your Renogy ONE M1, such as Smart Plug, Motion Sensor, Door & Window Sensor, and Smart Relay.
5. When Renogy ONE M1 is offline, do the configured smart scenes still work?
Yes. Renogy ONE M1 is wirelessly connected with smart accessories through the Zigbee 3.0 protocol. When you set up a smart scene, the configuration will be saved in the system of Renogy ONE M1.
Even if the Wi-Fi network is unavailable, Renogy ONE M1 can still interact with smart accessories via Zigbee 3.0.
6. How many devices can Renogy ONE M1 connect via Bluetooth/RS485/CAN and Zigbee 3.0 at most?
You can connect a maximum of 7 Bluetooth devices, 64 devices with RS485/CAN port, and 200 Zigbee 3.0 devices to Renogy ONE M1.
Please note that Renogy ONE M1 may experience delayed responses if too many devices are connected with it.
7. What is the maximum range between Renogy ONE M1 and Bluetooth devices? Zigbee 3.0 devices?
The maximum range between Bluetooth devices and Renogy ONE M1 is 32.8 ft (10 m). For Zigbee 3.0 devices, the maximum range will be 164 ft (50 m).
8. What kind of power systems can Renogy ONE work with?
Please power up Renogy ONE M1 with a 12V or 5V DC power supply. Its rated power is 3.5W.
If you wish to wire home appliances with Renogy ONE M1 for one-touch control, please make sure the load is below or equal to 30V DC, 5A.
As for energy monitoring, Renogy ONE M1 allows you to monitor power devices rated at 12V DC, 24V DC, or 48V DC.
9. How long will Renogy ONE M1 store the data locally?
Renogy ONE M1 can store data locally for 30 days.
10. Can Renogy ONE M1 automatically identify devices through any type of connection?
Yes, Renogy ONE M1 can recognize Bluetooth devices, Zigbee 3.0 devices, devices with RS485 ports, or RV-C devices automatically, as long as they are authorized by Renogy.
11. Do I have to pair Renogy ONE M1 with the DC Home app for operation?
No, you can add energy devices and simply check energy data without linking to the DC Home app. However, we advise you to pair it with the DC Home app to access important features including remote monitoring, setting up smart scenes, etc.
12. Can Renogy ONE M1 connect to the Internet via a hotspot from a smart mobile phone?
Yes.
13. Does Renogy ONE M1 support WPA3 encrypted Wi-Fi network?
No, it does not support WPA3.
14. Does Renogy ONE M1 support 5G Hz Wi-Fi network?
