SHIPPING POLICY
Renogy offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. Please note:
Not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped. Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.
RETURN POLICY
At Renogy, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. For purchases made directly from our online store, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products with original package within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.
Renogy will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note:
Renogy will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you have received a defective product or one damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
In the event of a replacement, Renogy will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part.

E.FLEX 220 portable solar panels can charge batteries (solar charge controllers are required) and portable power stations. Just ensure the open circuit voltage of the solar panel does not exceed the maximum DC input voltage of any connected power stations or solar charge controllers.
2.Can I use non-Renogy branded power stations with E.FLEX 220W Portable Solar Panels?
Yes. You can use E.FLEX 220W solar panels with portable solar generators from other manufacturers but you'll need additional solar connectors. Always check the specs of your portable power stations to ensure compatibility with other charging devices.
3.Why is my portable solar panel underproducing?
The output performance of solar panels is dependent on multiple factors. These include sunlight intensity, temperature, and weather conditions. Indirect sunlight, rising temperatures, cloudiness, and dust and dirt build-up can reduce the output of your solar panel.
4.How should I connect multiple solar panels for my system? Should I use a series or parallel configuration?
E.FLEX 220 portable solar panel can be connected in series or parallel configuration or array. How you choose to connect multiple solar panels depends both on the size of your off-grid solar system and your power needs.
Connecting solar panels in a series increases the voltage of the system, leaving the system current output the same as a single panel. The total amount of voltage of a series connected array can be measured by multiplying the voltage output of a single panel by the number of panels. Or if you have panels of different voltages you add the voltage of each panel to get the total voltage of the array.
Connecting solar panels in parallel increases the current of the array and maintains the voltage output of a single panel. The total current of a solar array connected in parallel can be measured by multiplying the current of a single panel by the number of panels. Make sure the open circuit voltage of the connected panels does not exceed the maximum DC input voltage of the power station or controller.
5.How many solar panels do I need?
The best way to estimate how many solar panels you need is to understand and define the power load of a battery system. Power is measured in watts, and capacity in Watt-hours (multiplying power output in watts by the required runtime of power loads. Then, multiplied by a safety factor of 1.5-2). So, we advise you to size your battery bank first based on the minimum required capacity and decide how many panels or how much power input is needed accordingly.
